When you sign up with VoxPulsar, our team handles the entire onboarding process — connecting your social accounts, configuring monitoring keywords, and calibrating the AI to match your voice and tone.
Once active, our platform monitors every mention across Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, and major news outlets in real-time. AI-powered triage classifies each mention by urgency, and our team manages the response workflow.
How Monitoring Works
Our AI engines scan all connected platforms every 15 minutes, collecting mentions, replies, comments, and news articles related to your keywords and hashtags.
Each mention is analyzed by Claude AI for sentiment, urgency, and political context. Crisis-level mentions trigger immediate alerts to your team via email and SMS.
Response Generation
When a mention requires a response, our AI generates a draft calibrated to your exact tone profile — formality, aggressiveness, and humor settings that match how you communicate.
Every response goes through our approval workflow before publishing. Your team reviews, edits if needed, and approves with a single click.
Content Creation
Generate platform-optimized content from a single topic. Our AI creates versions for Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn — each respecting character limits, hashtag strategies, and platform best practices.
Content can be scheduled for optimal posting times or published immediately.
Security & Privacy
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. OAuth tokens are stored in AWS Secrets Manager with per-client isolation. We use AWS Cognito for authentication with JWT validation on every request.
Multi-tenant architecture ensures complete data isolation between organizations. Role-based access control (RBAC) enforces permissions at every layer.
